ONE WORKING OPERATION
Your cargo, one connected flow.
From the container at origin to a pallet on a US warehouse floor, and from a picked order to your recipient's door — SHAREWAYS coordinates transport, storage, dispatch and returns as a single agreed workflow.
For US brands, ecommerce businesses and importers sourcing from China. Build the service around your cargo and order flow.
01 / TRANSPORT
China-US freight
Air freight, ocean freight and express shipping with customs-clearance and duty-inclusive service options.
Route, cargo eligibility, included charges and importer responsibilities are confirmed in your written quote. No fixed transit time is promised before review.
Receiving checks, storage, labeling, repackaging, picking and packing, followed by dispatch to your recipients.
No minimum order volume. Send packaged weight and dimensions for carrier suitability and pricing. Detailed warehouse information is shared after cooperation is confirmed.
Share the shipment details first. Agree the route, charges, warehouse instructions and order process before operations begin.

THE OPERATION IN MOTION
A short look at the work.
Transport, warehousing and dispatch across the China-US flow — real logistics imagery in motion.
BEFORE YOU SHIP
Know what fits.
Send the product description and actual outer dimensions. Weight alone does not determine carrier acceptance or delivery cost.
Fulfillment parcels
Above 0 and up to 22 kg including packaging. A finished 100 g parcel may be submitted for review; 100 g is an example, not a minimum accepted weight or a promise of acceptance or dispatch. This parcel range does not limit consolidated inbound freight.
Cargo review
General goods and products with built-in batteries, subject to the selected route and carrier review. External batteries, standalone batteries and food are not accepted in this confirmed service scope. This company service exclusion is not a statement that those products are universally illegal to transport or store. Carrier and legal requirements must be checked separately; do not send excluded goods to SHAREWAYS.
Dimensions & pricing
There is no company-wide dimensional limit quoted here. Carrier limits, handling needs and charges are confirmed for the actual parcel. Contact us rather than assume any size can ship.
AFTER THE DELIVERY
Returns deserve a clear next step.
Receiving, photographs, inspection, eligible repair, repackaging, return to stock and authorized disposal.
Agree identifiers, inspection checklists and photo requirements.
Assess & recover
Review faults and packaging; eligible repairs are assessed for the product. Repairs requiring professional licenses or certificates are excluded.
Restock or dispose
Follow customer-authorized instructions. Restocking eligibility and disposal decisions are agreed in advance; repair success is not guaranteed.
BUYER QUESTIONS
Before we start.
Do I need a minimum number of orders?
No minimum order-volume requirement is imposed. Individual 100 g parcels may be reviewed for a quote; no accepted route or price is established by weight alone. Service charges depend on the work required; no minimum volume does not mean free handling.
Does the quote include customs clearance and duties?
SHAREWAYS offers customs-clearance and duty-inclusive China-US services. Confirm route eligibility, included fees, excluded charges and importer responsibilities in the written quotation before booking.
Can you connect directly to my ecommerce platform?
The order and system coordination method is agreed after cooperation is confirmed. Share your platform and workflow so the method can be reviewed and tested. A prebuilt connection is not promised.
Where is the warehouse?
We provide US warehousing. The detailed warehouse address is not published and is provided after cooperation is confirmed.
What should I send for an accurate quote?
Product description, origin, destination, total shipment quantity, outer dimensions, packaged parcel weights, battery details, expected order flow and required services.
Which timing commitment applies to my request?
The company confirms its published 30-minute quotation commitment. Confirm the information required, operating window and start point for your request. An enquiry reply, quotation, warehouse outbound completion and carrier delivery are separate milestones. Read the quotation commitment and timing scope.
LET'S GET SPECIFIC
Get a cargo-specific quote.
No minimum order-volume requirement. Tell us what you need to move, store or dispatch.
Compare cost components, prepare shipment information and agree on returns instructions before requesting a quote.
Choose a workflow before requesting a quote
SHAREWAYS helps brands and importers discuss China-to-US transport, US warehouse handling, parcel dispatch and returns receiving as a connected workflow. A suitable proposal starts with the product category, packed weight and dimensions, inventory plan and destination postal codes. Parcel acceptance is limited to a packed weight above zero and up to 22 kg; dimensions and goods restrictions require a route review. A contact request is not a shipping booking. The agreed scope, charges and operating steps must be confirmed in writing before work starts.
What should I send first?
Send the product description, packed weight and dimensions, expected quantities, origin and destination postal codes. Use the quote checklist to identify missing information before comparing offers.
