Amazon FBA prep and transfer — scoped per shipment in writing

Many China-sourced brands replenish Amazon US with a mix of freight, warehousing, prep, and handoff to Amazon’s inbound network. SHAREWAYS can discuss Amazon FBA prep and transfer tasks as part of that workflow—labeling, carton readiness, and transfer toward Amazon inbound—aligned with China–US logistics and US warehouse operations.

Amazon’s own receiving rules, capacity windows, and account health requirements change and are account-specific. Detailed SKU and label requirements are confirmed per shipment in writing. This page is not Amazon’s documentation and not a guarantee of Amazon check-in timing.

Service discussion (what “FBA prep” means here)

In a typical conversation we may cover:

Exact task lists belong in the written quotation and SOP for that ASN/shipment—not in generic web copy.

How it fits China–US logistics + US operations

FBA prep usually sits after or beside:

  1. Inbound mode choice — China–US freight, air vs ocean, optional DDP scope, and duty-inclusive quote confirmation
  2. Warehouse receiving — warehouse operations
  3. Channel mix — some units to DTC fulfillment / parcel shipping, some to Amazon inbound

SHAREWAYS confirms 13 self-operated overseas warehouses at network level (6 US / 2 Canada / 5 Europe on the published Chinese profile). Confirm the actual receiving warehouse and product eligibility before shipping. Do not expect a public street address on this site.

What we confirm in writing (labels, SKUs, appointments)

Before live prep, plan to confirm in writing:

Company-published 48-hour putaway and 24-hour outbound completion statements—when applicable—are first-party warehouse milestones described on brand facts. They are not Amazon inbound SLAs and not carrier final-delivery SLAs.

Frequently asked questions

Do you guarantee Amazon will check in my inventory in X days?

No. We confirm warehouse-side prep/transfer tasks in writing. Amazon check-in timing is controlled by Amazon and your account/shipment conditions.

Can you publish the prep warehouse address on this page?

No. Confirm ZIP, receiving address, and booking instructions in writing before shipping.

Are FNSKU labeling and poly-bagging included by default?

Only if listed in the written scope for that shipment. Requirements are confirmed per shipment.

Does the 22 kg rule apply to FBA cartons?

The published ≤22 kg packed rule describes SHAREWAYS outbound parcel scope including packaging. Amazon carton limits and carrier rules for a given transfer are confirmed in the shipment plan and quote—do not assume one rule covers every carton type.

Can food or battery products go through this prep flow?

Food and standalone/external batteries are outside confirmed SHAREWAYS scope. Installed batteries need documentation and route review before acceptance.

Is there a ready-made Amazon or store API?

A ready-made real-time store API / auto stock sync / auto tracking feed has not been verified in the public scope. Agree the interface or file workflow before live use.

How is this different from the FBA vs US warehouse page?

This page discusses prep/label/transfer services. The comparison page helps you choose operating models.
