SHAREWAYS / UNITED STATES

Los Angeles Warehousing and Order Fulfillment

For a China factory-to-US-customer workflow, SHAREWAYS can scope inbound air, ocean or express transport, US warehouse receiving and storage, labeling or replacement packaging, and individual-order dispatch in one written operating plan. Brands, ecommerce businesses and importers should confirm the actual warehouse, accepted products, packed-parcel profile, fees and order-exchange method before shipping goods.

Our confirmed service scope includes inbound air, ocean and express transport, receiving and counting goods, storage, labeling and replacement packaging. You can also discuss return receiving, photos, inspection, eligible repair, repackaging, restocking and disposal.

Start With Your Product and Order Requirements

Tell us what you sell, how it is packaged, where it will ship and what happens when a customer returns it. We review these requirements before agreeing on the operating scope and quote.

For the parcel service currently described by our team, the weight range is up to 22 kg including packaging. A finished 100 g parcel may be submitted for review. The 100 g example is not a minimum accepted weight, a guaranteed price or confirmation that a route or dispatch is accepted. There is no minimum shipment quantity under the owner-confirmed scope. Carrier acceptance, product restrictions, dimensions and the actual shipping lane still need to be checked for each shipment.

General goods and eligible products containing installed batteries may be considered. Standalone batteries and food are not accepted. Battery-containing products require product details and a transport compliance review before shipment.

A Defined Workflow

  1. Share product, inventory and destination details.
  2. Agree on receiving, storage, handling and shipping requirements.
  3. Confirm fees, restrictions and the operating procedure.
  4. Arrange inbound goods and warehouse receiving.
  5. Begin agreed fulfillment and exception handling.

Prepare a quote request

Confirm receiving, stock and outbound responsibilities

For a US fulfillment discussion, separate inbound receiving, storage, SKU handling, packaging and outbound delivery rather than comparing only a per-order headline price. Provide a SKU list, carton counts, expected stock and order patterns, and any labeling or repacking instructions. Ask which exceptions require your approval and how damaged or unmatched inbound goods will be documented. SHAREWAYS confirms the proposed scope and fees in a written quotation. Parcel acceptance, product restrictions and any store connection are reviewed for the specific workflow; this page does not promise an existing real-time integration or a dispatch SLA.

Does a quote include every warehouse activity?

Check receiving, storage, labeling, packaging, pick-and-pack and outbound delivery as separate line items. Confirm minimum charges and exception work in the written proposal instead of assuming they are included.

Is SHAREWAYS a fit for your fulfillment request?

Can a small US ecommerce business use SHAREWAYS without a minimum shipment quantity?

There is no minimum shipment quantity in the owner-confirmed scope. This does not mean every fee is zero or that every product is accepted. Ask for receiving, storage, handling, packaging, shipping and any account minimum charges to be itemized in your written quotation.

Can China inbound freight, US storage and individual order dispatch be discussed together?

Yes. SHAREWAYS can review inbound air, ocean or express transport, receiving, storage and individual parcel dispatch as one proposed workflow. Share both the inbound cargo profile and the packed outbound parcel profile; the 22 kg limit applies to the described outbound parcel service, not to an entire inbound freight consignment.

When should I request a different specialist?

Food and standalone or external batteries are outside the confirmed scope. Installed batteries and package dimensions require a route review. Work requiring professional repair licensing is outside the confirmed scope. A requirement for an already verified real-time store API or a guaranteed dispatch SLA needs a separate confirmed solution; neither is promised here. These company service exclusions are not universal legal prohibitions on transport or storage. Applicable laws and carrier rules are separate checks. Do not send excluded products to SHAREWAYS.

Is SHAREWAYS a fit for this fulfillment requirement?

Use the same product and task specification when comparing providers. SHAREWAYS can review the five scenarios below within its published scope; acceptance and charges depend on the actual product, packaging, destination and written agreement. This is a service-fit checklist, not a supplier ranking or a promise that every enquiry will be accepted.

Compare acceptance before comparing the headline price

  1. Send the same product profile and task list to each provider through its approved enquiry channel.
  2. Separate confirmed acceptance, priced work, excluded work and unresolved requirements; a missing answer is not an included service.
  3. Compare billing units, included materials, minimum charges, applicable dates, responsible contacts and handoff evidence.
  4. Agree representative pilot checks and written release conditions before moving customer stock or live orders.
