SHAREWAYS can discuss parcel handling for packages up to 22 kg including packaging. A small parcel, including one weighing 100 g, may also be considered. There is no minimum shipment quantity for this service scope.
The weight of the product alone is not enough. Include the carton, protective materials and any other packaging when providing the parcel weight.
Dimensions Still Need a Carrier Check
SHAREWAYS has not specified a separate company-wide dimension limit for this scope. This does not mean every size is accepted. The selected carrier and shipping service may have maximum dimensions, length-and-girth limits, dimensional-weight pricing and handling surcharges.
Send the finished carton dimensions and weight before quoting. Parcels outside the agreed range or with unusual dimensions require a separate operational review. This page does not promise an LTL, freight or white-glove service.
Packaging and Labels
Receiving, labeling and replacement packaging can be included in an agreed workflow. Discuss fragility, orientation, protective materials and label requirements before goods arrive. Packaging changes and special work may have separate fees.
General goods and eligible products with installed batteries may be considered after review. Standalone batteries and food are excluded. Battery eligibility is determined by the product and route requirements, not simply by calling it general cargo.

Review packed dimensions and goods before carrier selection
SHAREWAYS accepts parcel enquiries for a packed weight above zero and up to 22 kg. Weight alone does not confirm a route: provide the final packed length, width and height, product description and destination postal code. Products with built-in batteries require a route-specific review; food, standalone batteries and external batteries are outside the confirmed scope. The quotation must identify the applicable service and any relevant surcharges. Fuel follows the corresponding carrier's official published terms for that service and shipment date, rather than a single percentage applied to every carrier.
Is a parcel under 22 kg automatically accepted?
No. Packed dimensions, goods type, destination and the proposed route must also be reviewed. Send battery details where relevant and wait for written acceptance before arranging a shipment.
What information is needed to quote a parcel up to 22 kg including packaging?
Send the finished packed weight, outside carton length, width and height with units, product description, parcel quantity, destination postal code and proposed shipping date. The company-confirmed range is a packed outbound parcel above zero and no more than 22 kg, including the carton and protective materials. This describes each outbound parcel, not the total inbound freight consignment. A parcel within this weight range still needs product, dimensions and route acceptance.
Input
How to prepare it
Why it matters
Finished packed weight
Weigh the actual closed parcel and state kg or g. Product-only weight is insufficient.
Packaging counts within the 22 kg scope; a 100 g parcel may be considered after review.
Outside dimensions
Give length, width and height of the packed carton, stating cm or inches. Do not mix units.
The route may have size limits, chargeable-weight rules or handling surcharges; weight alone does not establish a charge.
Product and contents
Describe the goods, SKU and pieces per parcel; disclose installed batteries and relevant product documents for review.
Installed batteries are not automatically accepted. Food and standalone or external batteries are outside the confirmed scope.
Quantity and variations
List parcel count and each different packed size, weight or contents as a separate profile.
One lighter sample cannot establish acceptance or a rate for different cartons.
Destination and date
Provide destination country and postal code, proposed dispatch date and required shipping service if known.
Review the actual route, service availability and dated carrier terms. A request date is not a confirmed transit promise.
Work and acceptance
Specify labels, packaging changes and other requested handling; request written service, inclusions, exclusions and validity.
A quote enquiry does not authorize sending goods. Obtain the actual receiving instructions and acceptance first.
Check the written reply before handing over goods
Match the quoted parcel profile to the finished weight, outside dimensions, goods and quantity you supplied.
Confirm the named service, billing basis and applicable fuel or other carrier surcharges for the relevant date.
Resolve missing dimensions, unit mismatches, changed packaging or battery questions before treating the route as accepted.
Keep the accepted quote reference and receiving instructions with the shipment; ask for a recheck if the parcel profile changes.
Download a blank parcel-profile checklist (CSV). It contains no rates or customer data and is not a carrier label or live booking. Do not put payment details, passwords or customer personal information in the public enquiry.
Quote preparation guidance reviewed 20 October 2026. No universal size limit, dimensional divisor, rate or delivery guarantee is created by this checklist.
Use the right carrier rule for the finished parcel
A company enquiry scope and a carrier's general rules answer different questions. SHAREWAYS reviews a finished outbound parcel above zero and up to 22 kg including packaging; carrier publications do not expand that company scope or establish a booked route.
Check outer measurements, rounding, units and rate type. The guide distinguishes Daily and Retail dimensional factors in inches/pounds; do not copy a receiving calculation in centimetres/kg into a carrier quote.
The service describes sub-pound weight tiers and separate size/shape requirements. A finished 100 g parcel is about 3.53 oz, below a published 4-oz tier, but eligibility and the actual price still need review. Add all packaging if 100 g describes only the product.
Identify chemistry, equipment configuration, specification, condition and route. The linked guide is the officially listed 2024 publication rechecked on the date above; current applicable rules and the actual task need a specific review.
Prepare a battery-product review without assuming approval
Provide the product/model, manufacturer battery information, whether the battery is installed, relevant rating and available technical documents, quantity, packed profile and intended route. State whether the equipment is new, used, returned or shows a suspected battery defect. Lithium-specific references do not classify other battery chemistries.
Do not send damaged, defective or recalled lithium batteries using this general parcel checklist; obtain an appropriate specialist assessment and accepted handling route first. No dangerous-goods warehouse or transport qualification, UN classification, document sufficiency or automatic air acceptance is established by this page. Food and standalone or external batteries remain outside SHAREWAYS' confirmed scope.
