Los Angeles Warehouse Fulfillment for Ecommerce Sellers
Place inventory in the United States and plan what happens next. SHAREWAYS helps ecommerce sellers coordinate individual customer orders, Amazon FBA replenishment, product labeling, and returns handling through a Los Angeles warehouse workflow—with each task, charge, and handoff agreed before operations begin.
Use the warehouse for one-piece order fulfillment, Amazon transfers, or a defined returns project. Share your SKU and inventory profile first; the operating plan is built around your products, packed dimensions, order pattern, destination ZIP codes, and required handling.

Four services, one warehouse plan
1. DTC and marketplace order fulfillment
After inventory is received and matched to the agreed SKU record, SHAREWAYS can pick, pack, label, and dispatch individual orders to US customers. Tell us how orders are sent today and which order references, tracking details, or inventory updates your team needs. The handoff method is confirmed and tested during onboarding; a ready-made store integration or automatic sync is not assumed.
The published parcel scope covers finished parcels above 0 and up to 22 kg including packaging. Package dimensions, product eligibility, destination, and carrier acceptance still need review. This parcel boundary does not cap consolidated inbound freight or automatically define every FBA carton.
2. Amazon FBA transfer and shipment preparation
Use Los Angeles inventory to replenish an Amazon fulfillment center or route eligible stock between agreed locations. The requested workflow may include carton or SKU identification, label application or replacement, repackaging, outbound preparation, and parcel or truck dispatch where suitable for the shipment.
For a clean handoff, provide the Amazon shipment plan, destination fulfillment-center code, carton or pallet profile, approved FNSKU and carton labels, packaging instructions, and required delivery method before inventory is processed. FBA transfer charges are quoted by task and shipment; the quote can itemize receiving, label work, warehouse handling, outbound transport, and applicable surcharges. Amazon check-in timing and acceptance remain subject to Amazon's requirements and operations.
3. Amazon return relabeling and transfer
Returned Amazon inventory can be received for an agreed sort and handling plan. Depending on product condition and the accepted scope, the process may include matching return references and SKUs, replacing approved labels, repackaging, and preparing inventory for transfer back to FBA or another agreed destination.
Send the return reference, SKU and expected quantities, current and replacement label files, carton instructions, destination, and the person authorized to approve exceptions. Receiving an item or inspecting it does not authorize extra work, restocking, or disposal. Agree the task and charges in writing before handling starts.
4. Customer returns, inspection, and eligible repair
For DTC or marketplace returns, define what should be recorded: item identity, visible condition, included accessories, photographs, packaging, and any product-specific checks. SHAREWAYS can discuss repackaging, restocking review, eligible repair, holding for a decision, or an approved disposition.
Repair eligibility depends on the product and task. Work requiring specialist licensing or professional qualifications is outside the confirmed service scope. An inspection or photograph record does not certify safety, warranty compliance, or resale suitability. Disposition, repair, restocking, and disposal require product-specific written instructions and acceptance.
Connect China–US DDP transport with Los Angeles fulfillment
If you source inventory in China, SHAREWAYS can discuss China–US DDP transport together with receiving and fulfillment at a US warehouse. The written quote should identify the selected route, cargo eligibility, whether duties and taxes are included, estimated, or excluded, the clearance and importer responsibilities, and the warehouse work after arrival. DDP describes agreed cost and responsibility terms; it does not by itself promise a transit time, Amazon check-in date, or warehouse dispatch SLA.
Send the product description, origin, shipment size, destination plan, and the tasks needed after arrival. Review the China–US DDP scope guide and freight service details before comparing quotations.
How the operating workflow works
- Share your profile. Provide product details, SKU list, carton count, weights and dimensions, expected stock, order mix, and destination ZIP codes.
- Confirm scope and quote. Agree the receiving route, included tasks, billing units, carrier option, exception process, and charges in writing.
- Prepare inbound inventory. Create the agreed inbound notice; apply carton and SKU labels; separate mixed SKUs so they can be checked and put away correctly.
- Receive and reconcile. The warehouse follows the submitted inventory information and the agreed receiving checks. Differences or special handling needs are referred through the agreed exception process.
- Release orders or transfer stock. Submit the approved order or FBA instructions through the agreed handoff. Confirm the completion and tracking evidence your team will receive.
- Review returns and exceptions. Use return references and written approval rules to decide whether stock is held, relabeled, repacked, restocked, repaired within scope, or moved elsewhere.
Understand the fee structure before comparing providers
A one-piece fulfillment quote may include separate charges for inbound receiving or unloading, optional SKU checks or labeling, storage by the stated unit and billing period, pick-and-pack handling, outbound carrier postage, and requested value-added work. FBA transfers and returns may have their own receiving, sorting, relabeling, repackaging, outbound handling, and transport charges.
Ask the quote to state the currency, billable unit, storage measurement and interval, included tasks, carrier service, and how non-standard work or exceptions are priced. Current rates vary with product weight and dimensions, carton mix, order profile, destination, service choice, and the handling requested. See how to compare fulfillment fee items.
What to send for an accurate quote
- Product description, SKU count, packaged unit dimensions and weight.
- Inbound origin, carton or pallet count, total quantity, and expected arrival pattern.
- Expected monthly orders, units per order, destination ZIP-code mix, and packed parcel sizes.
- Whether you need DTC fulfillment, FBA transfer, label work, returns processing, or more than one service.
- For Amazon work: shipment plan, fulfillment-center destination, approved label files, packaging rules, and delivery requirements.
- For returns: expected volume, return identifiers, inspection and photo checklist, decision contact, and permitted next steps.
Use the China-to-US quote checklist to prepare shipment information. Do not include customer addresses, passwords, account credentials, or payment details in an initial enquiry.
Service boundaries to confirm
- No minimum shipment quantity is stated in the published scope. This does not mean that storage, receiving, setup, handling, or carrier charges are free.
- Finished outbound parcels are described up to 22 kg including packaging. Actual dimensions, products, destination ZIP, and carrier service require route review.
- Food and standalone or external batteries are outside the confirmed scope. Products with installed batteries require product details, supporting documents, and route review.
- Confirm the assigned receiving address and booking instructions through the agreed operating channel before shipping. The detailed warehouse address is not published here.
- Confirm any platform or order-file workflow before go-live. Do not assume a prebuilt API, automatic inventory synchronization, or automatic tracking feed.
These are SHAREWAYS service boundaries, not universal statements about what may be legal to ship or store. Carrier rules and applicable requirements are separate checks.
Frequently asked questions
What can your Los Angeles warehouse handle?
SHAREWAYS can discuss individual-order fulfillment, inventory storage, Amazon FBA transfers, agreed labeling or relabeling, returns receiving, inspection, photographs, repackaging, eligible repair, and approved restocking or disposition. The product and task must be reviewed and included in a written scope.
Is there a minimum order quantity for fulfillment?
No minimum shipment quantity is stated in the published scope. Receiving, storage, handling, packaging, carrier charges, and any account minimums must still be confirmed in the written quote.
What is the outbound parcel weight limit?
The published parcel scope is above 0 and up to 22 kg per finished parcel, including packaging. Dimensions, goods eligibility, destination, and carrier acceptance are reviewed for the actual parcel. This is not a limit on consolidated inbound freight or every FBA transfer.

SHAREWAYS can review Amazon return receiving, sorting, approved label replacement, repackaging, and transfer back to FBA or another agreed destination. Charges and acceptance are confirmed before work begins.
Can returned products be inspected or repaired?
Inspection, photographs, and eligible repair tasks can be reviewed against your product-specific instructions. Work requiring specialist licensing or professional qualifications is outside the confirmed scope; inspection does not certify safety, warranty compliance, or resale suitability.
Can I combine China–US DDP transport with Los Angeles fulfillment?
SHAREWAYS can discuss China–US DDP transport with warehouse receiving and fulfillment in one proposed workflow. The written quote confirms route eligibility, duty and tax scope, clearance and importer responsibilities, and post-arrival warehouse charges. DDP does not promise a transit time or an Amazon check-in date.
How are warehouse and fulfillment fees calculated?
A typical quote separates inbound receiving or unloading, optional SKU checks and prep, storage where applicable, pick-and-pack handling, outbound postage, and requested value-added services. Billing units and current rates are confirmed in writing.
