Inquiry data notice

Updated 17 October 2026. This notice describes the SHAREWAYS inquiry flow on this website.

What you send and why

The form sends the contact details you provide, company information, shipment or service requirements, and limited page, campaign and referring-domain information to our inquiry service. We use this information to respond, prepare a written quotation and follow up on your request. A company notification mailbox receives the inquiry notification.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, medical information, or unredacted customer order files through this form.

Access and retention

Inquiry records and operational access logs are kept for handling requests, business follow-up and operating the service. Access logs can include an IP address, browser information, requested page and referrer. Access to business records is restricted to authorised operations and sales personnel. We review the continuing need to retain inquiry information. A deletion or correction request is checked before an authorised person makes changes; submitting this form does not automatically delete any existing record.

Contact and choices

To correct an inquiry, withdraw a request, or request deletion, contact Dennis Huang at dennishuang2050@gmail.com. Include only enough information for us to locate your inquiry. Do not send identity or payment documents unless a separate secure process has been agreed.

WhatsApp and email links open the provider you select; those services have their own data practices. You can contact us directly instead of using the form.

Service availability and charges are confirmed in a written quotation before work is agreed.

Short-lived quote source context

While you browse these English service pages in the same browser tab, we retain the referring website domain and campaign labels in browser session storage. Source attribution expires after 30 minutes; stored context may remain until the tab session ends. We do not retain the full referring URL in this context. This helps preserve the source when you navigate to the quote form; these labels accompany a request only when you submit it. This module sends no separate analytics request, sets no cookie and does not establish that a visitor is a unique person. Browser storage may be blocked without preventing an inquiry.

Anonymous first-party measurement

These English pages send a small request to our own website to count page views and confirmed inquiry acknowledgments. It contains a random browser-tab session token, an approved page path, a referring AI service category (or direct/other), an event type, and the acknowledgment reference only after the inquiry service confirms a saved request. It does not contain your name, email, message, full referring URL or search terms. No analytics request is sent to a third-party analytics provider and no measurement cookie is set.

The tab token expires for attribution after 30 minutes of inactivity and is replaced on a later measured page load. Session storage disappears when the tab session ends. Server event logs are separate operational records; this token expiry is not a promise to delete server logs after 30 minutes. Signals may be blocked, absent, duplicated across tabs or automated; measured sessions do not certify individual human identities. A saved request acknowledgment is not a qualified sales lead.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this measurement. Disable measurement in this tab · Enable measurement in this tab. Staff and acceptance checks can mark this tab as internal/test; this marker survives internal page navigation and these events are excluded from customer and AI-referral counts. Close the tab to end that tab session.
